Paula Anderson Coaching and Consulting LLC has formulated a coaching program designed to teach and coach individuals to be successful with medical coding. We focus on each learner and customize an approach that will prepare the client for long-term success.
We will work with individuals who need to get additional training regarding medical coding and increase their knowledge base using CPT, and ICD-10-CM guidelines.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, medical records and health information employees will grow by 8 percent between 2022 and 2030.
